Fees & charges
The rates we currently have in force. These figures are pulled live from the operator configuration - your booking is always charged at the rate in force at the time you book, even if we update these later.
Storage
Storage is billed monthly per item in your booking. The rate varies by box / space size.

Trips (delivery & return)
A trip charge applies each time our driver visits your address - once when we deliver your boxes, again when we return them. Some of these may be included free; see our policy below.

- If our driver can't hand over on the first attempt (you weren't home, the address was wrong, etc.), the first re-attempt is free. Subsequent re-attempts are charged at the regular trip rate.
Cancellations & changes
You can cancel or change a booking any time. The applicable fee depends on how much notice we have - see our notice window below.
- Cancellations made more than 6 working slots before the booking carry no charge. Within the notice window, the trip cost may still apply if the van trip can't be redirected.
- Cancellations after the driver has departed for your address, or no-shows at the door, are billed for the full trip cost. EU consumers retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal regardless - see the customer terms.
Late payment
We haven't configured a late fee - overdue invoices follow the cancellation / suspension rules in the customer terms.
