Our Premium boxes
Most people pack into boxes they already have - that is the standard option and it costs nothing extra. Premium boxes are for when you would rather not hunt around for cardboard: we bring them to you empty, you fill them, and they go back into circulation once your things come home.
What makes them different
Sturdy plastic crates rather than cardboard. They stack properly in the warehouse, they do not sag when something heavy goes in, and they shrug off the odd knock in the van.
Each box comes with a numbered security seal that threads through the lid. No tape needed. The seal number is logged against your account, so both of us can see at a glance whether a box has been opened.
They stay ours throughout. When your things come back, the boxes go with us - no flattened cardboard filling your hallway afterwards. Because they travel between customers, nothing goes on the outside: no tape, stickers or marker pen.
We drop them off empty on an agreed day ahead of collection, so you can pack at your own pace rather than against the clock.

Volumes are the box itself, so allow a little for packing material.

Prefer your own boxes?
That works perfectly well and is what most customers do. Anything sturdy enough to be lifted, carried and stacked safely by one person is fine - removal boxes, crates, plastic tubs. You seal those securely yourself, and they stay yours.
What we charge
Premium boxes are charged per box, just like when you pack your own boxes. You will see the exact figure before you confirm anything, and every charge is listed on our fees page.
